The staff is always available to provide advice, which is great because I need all the help I can get. the wellness facilities were superb; I spent hours in the hot tub pretending to be a rich celebrity.
I just loved being woken up by construction noise at the crack of dawn, it truly added charm to my stay.

The room we stayed in had a big TV with lots of channels, a desk for working, and even an iron for our clothes. Plus, the location of this place was amazing, right in the heart of the city 🌆.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Laura! The location was perfect, with amazing views of the mountains and green nature just a couple blocks away from the main plaza. The large room was lovely, complete with a Jacuzzi and two French balconies. I especially enjoyed falling asleep to the peaceful sound of the nearby river rapids.

Great location, with stunning views of the mountains and nature. the restaurant at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff. - the manager of the restaurant/administration was particularly helpful and made our dining experience enjoyable.
The breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, with no juice or fruit options. The construction noise during our stay was disruptive and started early in the morning, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our time at the hotel.
